Belleview Tower is a 12-story Class A office building located in the Denver Tech Center. Centerre completed renovations to the lobby, fitness center and restrooms. To create a more welcoming entry, a new patio was added along with new aluminum composite panels, paint, and the addition of a new canopy to the exterior of the building.
