First-generation tenant improvement project completed in an occupied Class A office building. Centerre worked closely with the building construction team, property manager, and Encore Bank, to ensure the Encore tenant space was completed on time and within budget. The design utilized wall tile, custom millwork, acoustic slat wood wall, quartz countertops, custom lighting, and extensive glazing to match the floor-to-ceiling windows in the building and to provide an open inviting appearance to the branch while still allowing for private consultation and meeting spaces.
