We faced a difficult design challenges while renovating the occupied and functioning Isle of Capri and Lady Luck casinos. We had logistical issues, structural issues, budget concerns and scheduling issues. Your people, because of their experience and professionalism were able to work hand in hand with our design professionals to prevail through all of these challenges. Your preconstruction department was also very instrumental in helping us make the right decisions on construction materials and methods we should utilize for this project. Centerre’s construction onsite team provided experienced, hands-on management and when issues arose, they could be trusted to be extremely responsive and provide ideas and solutions. Communication with Centerre throughout these projects has been excellent and their commitment to teamwork and understanding of the unique requirements of working in the City of Black Hawk has been vital to the success of this projects.
