Renovations for 10 new spec suites at a 334,000-square-foot office tower located in the Denver Tech Center. The new spec offices are suites 300, 450, 475, 510, 750, 1100, 1150 and 1275—totaling 50,000 square feet of office renovations. Suites were renovated to include new flooring, glazing, millwork, drywall, ceilings and MEP upgrades.
